Receipt Voucher

Receipt voucher is a type of voucher which is typically issued by a certain business or an organization upon receiving payment in cash or check during a business transaction. In some cases, a receipt voucher is used as an alternative of printable receipts.

The Purchase of these voucher is to record all receipt into bank or cash accounts. Such receipt from debtors, any income, refund of loans or advance given earlier, sales of fixed assets etc.

Any money received from debtors against sales Invoices or on Account and for all transactions where money is received are accounted or entered into Tally. ERP 9 using the Receipt Voucher.

How to Change Voucher mode in Receipt Voucher?

1. Ctrl + H (Change Mode)
2. From list of mode—–> Select Single Entry Mode

How to use Cr/Dr instead of To/By in Receipt Voucher?

1. Gateway of tally ——> Vouchers ——-> Receipt Voucher(F6)
2. Ctrl + H (Change Mode)
3. From list of mode—–> Select Double Entry Mode
4. Press F12 (Configure)
5. Use Cr/Dr instead of To/By During Voucher Entry —-> Yes
